Britney Spears rediscovered her groove after a 9-month break from dancing. The 42-year-old pop superstar — who finally reconciled with her sons Sean, 18, and Jayden, 17 — took to Instagram on Thursday to post a video of herself dancing and to explain her recent absence from showing off her moves. 'I haven't danced in so long … the last time I danced I was dancing with knives … people say I shouldn't post those … I said to myself why even get up and try if I know I'm gonna end up hurt !
