Richard Simmons has been laid to rest. Simmons' longtime publicist Tom Estey confirmed the news to ET on Friday, with a statement from the late fitness guru's brother, Lenny. "Our beloved Dicky was laid to rest this morning surrounded by only family and closest friends," he said. "We pray for your continued love and support during this very difficult time." Simmons died on Saturday at his home in Los Angeles, just one day after his 76th birthday.
