A small plane crashed into an Oregon neighborhood setting homes ablaze and leaving thousands without power. The aircraft fell out of the sky on Saturday morning into a Fairview residential neighborhood, the Multnomah County Sheriff's Office said. Video posted on social media shows plumes of smoke rising over the area as flames shoot out from the homes. The FAA told DailyMail.com a twin-engine Cessna 421C crashed near Troutdale Airport in Oregon around 10:30 am PT.
