Federal workers will receive a second email on Saturday asking them for a description of what they did last week - and this time they may have to answer it. The emails are scheduled to become a weekly requirement, according to documents obtained by The Washington Post. The White House has said the emails are necessary to ensure federal workers are on the job but the responses will also be used to gauge workers' alignment with President Donald Trump's agenda.
