Anne Heche's son Homer Laffoon has plans to sell his late mother's assets in order to settle $4.1 million in claims against her estate. Her eldest child, 23, was named the general administrator of her estate three months after her tragic passing at age 53 in August 2022 - just days following a car crash in Los Angeles. According to documents obtained by Us Weekly, Homer turned in an update to the court on March 21, and stated that her estate is 'not yet in a condition to be closed' due to outstanding requests from creditors.
