Jon Stewart claimed companies' failed DEI efforts boil down to bad 'framing,' rather than emphasizing its economic benefits. The comedian, 62, took to The Weekly Show podcast to give his two cents about diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) and how he believes some companies have used them performatively rather than effectively. 'It's all framing!!' he wrote on X above a video clip of the podcast. 'If you reframe that argument economically it maybe aligns a little bit more with how you feel,' he told guest Nick Gillespie.
