Police cars were seen hurrying to the scene as hundreds of people in sparkly cheer uniforms and terrified parents poured out of Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center on Saturday. The arena is hosting National Cheerleading Association (NCA) All-Star National Championship currently being held.
