People are only just realising Vic Reeves' real name - after he rose to fame with his own self-titled TV show
He soared to fame alongside his comedy partner Bob Mortimer after the duo's Channel 4 series Vic Reeves Big Night Out made its debut in 1990. While only fifteen episodes aired across its two seasons, the show quickly became a cult favourite, and shot Vic and Bob into the comedic limelight. However Vic Reeves is not the star's real name and is actually just an alter ego. His real name is in fact James Moir, but he goes by Jim.
