Consumer @estrangedaunt defined in a video what happened with Verizon and informed the company, "Give me my $10 again."

"I acquired a invoice for 16 cents from Verizon," she defined, noting that it was by way of an e-mail not within the form of a standard bill.

After trying to log into her Verizon account and being unable to, the client referred to as the company to ask concerning the $zero.16 bill.

The "individual on the telephone couldn't inform me," she explained.

"I stated, 'I can't log into my account I'm simply gonna pay this though as a result of I don't wanna get a late charge for 16 cents' they usually stated 'okay yeah positive' no drawback.

"That they had me pay and then after I pay they informed me that I used to be going to should pay $10 for that."

"Hey Verizon, give me my $10 back" she added within the caption to the video.

Viewers referred to as the transfer by the corporate "absolutely disgusting" and "petty."

"Call back converse to a supervisor for a credit score, that's absolutely disgusting get ur a refund or threaten to close ur account is the principal," one individual wrote.

"Looks like a reasonably simple purpose to modify carriers to me. Verizon clearly doesn't want their clients," one other added.

In the comments, the Verizon buyer defined that she did name again and was asked to pay even more.

"I referred to as back and was initially advised that they're unable to refund an amount of less than $25 and that I might pay $15 more dollars to have $25 refunded," she stated.

The TikToker added that she had already switched to a different company but even when she had not, the cost debacle "would have sealed the deal."

The U.S. Solar has reached out to Verizon for remark.
