Cole Palmer has credited Mauricio Pochettino's man administration expertise for bringing one of the best out of him since signing for Chelsea, hailing the Argentine as 'superb'.

The 21-year-old has been the standout performer for the Blues since signing from Manchester City over the summer time, scoring 10 Premier League objectives and offering six assists.

The England international laid on two more objectives for his teammates in Monday night time's 3-1 win at Crystal Palace, further cementing his importance within the first group.

Chelsea have struggled badly for consistency this season, but back-to-back 3-1 away wins over Aston Villa and the Eagles have boosted confidence.
