ESPN character Stephen A. Smith just isn't ready to put an end to the Golden State Warriors dynasty.
The First Take host& revealed on Monday that he believes the Warriors have the most effective probability to win an NBA championship this season compared to the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix Suns.
Smith was joined by visitor analyst Shannon Sharpe and cohost Molly Qerim for the phase.
The question for the phase was which basketball legend is more more likely to win one other NBA championship: Stephen Curry, LeBron James, or Kevin Durant.
Smith picked the Warriors because he felt that they had enough capturing to compete with the Western Convention's prime teams like the Denver Nuggets and Oklahoma City Thunder.
"I'm going to roll with the Warriors on this question," Smith stated.
"The Warriors?" Sharpe screamed out in shock.
Smith doubled down on his judgment, claiming the Lakers don't have a chance because they don't have sufficient shooters.
"The Warriors, I stated it. I didn't stutter and I'm going to inform you why. Because I don't assume the Lakers can shoot nicely sufficient…
"Whenever you take a look at Denver and their measurement, you take a look at Minnesota at its measurement. I'm taking a look at these guys. I'm taking a look at OKC and the Clippers. I'm seeing loads of teams that may get within the Lakers' method."
Smith acknowledged the Suns have firepower in Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal but finally felt Phoenix would run into points down the stretch since they don't seem to be a robust defensive workforce.
The 56-year-old ESPN star completed his point by highlighting that Curry continues to be the most effective shooter on the earth and that Jonathan Kuminga's emergence has been large for the franchise.
