The video shows Henrique walking to the front of the stage to engage with the crowd before appearing to get dizzy.
He then fell backward toward his band, leading attendees to rush to the stage and see what was wrong.
Henrique was raced to a nearby clinic where he was declared dead.
His record label Todah Music said the performer suffered a massive heart attack.
Three weeks before his death, Henrique shared a photo of his one-month-old daughter Zoe.
He and his wife Suilan Barreto celebrated one month with their child by dressing the little girl up in an adorable sheep costume and doing a mini-photoshoot.
The two stood arm in arm while they gazed lovingly at their daughter in the pictures.
Henrique announced her birth in an Instagram post that deemed her a "gift from God."
"The love of our lives was born," he wrote in Portuguese with hospital pictures of his little girl.
"Welcome our daughter, our Zoe! We declare the life of God over you, you will be like the arrow in the archer's hand."
Fans and followers have begun to comment on the posts and share heartbreaking tributes for the gone-too-soon singer.
One person wrote: "May God bless and keep you," as others said they were praying for his widowed wife.
"My God, comfort your wife's heart, only you know how to calm her heart," another person commented in Portuguese.
Henrique's death was confirmed by Todah Music which shared a heartwrenching statement after the collapse.
"There are very difficult situations in life for which we have no explanation," the label wrote on Instagram.
"We just need to understand that the will of God prevails."
The label described Henrique as naturally happy and kind with a strong dedication to his family and child.
The post included a prayer that he would enter into an eternal choir in heaven.
"We have rejoiced so many times together, and now we weep with those who weep," the post reads.
"The Christian music segment is in mourning. The Todah Music family is in mourning.
"Heaven in chorus welcomes an illustrious son: Pedro Henrique! See you soon dear brother!"
Henrique's funeral will be held in his hometown Porto Seguro, Bahia, according to his team.
On Thursday, his single Medley: Levanta / Não Fica Assim / Descendência (Ao Vivo) was posthumously released.
He had posted about it hours before his tragic death.
Henrique launched into the music industry in 2015 after he started posting videos of himself singing on YouTube.
He joined a local band and released an album before going solo in 2019.
