FRUSTRATION has reached its peak for one angered shopper who bid farewell to Kroger after back-to-back bad experiences.
The Kroger shopper pledged to take their business to competitor H.E.B. after their pick-up grocery order was canceled and they were forced to shop inside with no cashiers.
A Kroger customer's large grocery order was canceled, forcing them to shop themselves[/caption]Kolby Stewart tagged Kroger on X, formerly known as Twitter, and explained how their shopping experience was disturbed.
She immediately explained she was done with the grocer.
"Bye @kroger, hello @HEB," Stewart said on X.
Stewart said Kroger didn't go through with her order and never explained why.
"Kroger literally canceled our pickup order. Never called; never gave a reason," she said.
DOUBLE THE WORK
Stewart was then forced to shop in-store for her hefty order.
"Then they had no open checkout lines," she lamented.
She was left frustrated after running into multiple issues.
"It took us 15 minutes to self-checkout, while 2 employees watched us. Sad."
Kroger received Stewart's message on X and responded with an apology.

"We'd love for you to send us a DM with your Kroger card#, email, and the store location. Thanks!!"
But Stewart is not alone as another Kroger shopper had similar issues with the retailer leaving them annoyed.
One shopper said they refuse to shop at Kroger during certain hours of the day because the employees are not paying attention.
"Well I will not go to Kroger in the morning anymore," the Kroger shopper, Charles said.

"Everyone wants to stand around and talk.
"5 employees talking up a storm not giving two s**ts to the registers."
Meanwhile, another frustrated shopper begged for "the ability to mute the self-checkout" in a recent tweet.
The shopper said the mute option was available "for years" but was suddenly removed.
Kroger responded, saying the feedback would be passed on to its leadership teams.
The U.S. Sun has reached out to Kroger for comment.
