HOLLYWOOD stars are rarely seen out and about without makeup, especially when they share memorable moments online.
According to a psychologist, Selena Gomez has started stripping down her looks and going makeup-free because she has found love.
Selena, 31, shared a montage on Instagram on Friday celebrating her boyfriend Benny Blanco's 36th birthday.
A clip at the end showed the couple kissing in the dark.
In February, Selena shared another photo sitting on the edge of an unmade bed.
The Rare Beauty founder was makeup-free. She wore jeans and a white vest top, showing off a natural new bob.

Selena has reconfirmed her focus on body positivity alongside her new relationship.
"Selena looks happier and simultaneously embraces her curves and new relationship," Hemmings told The U.S. Sun.
"One of the images of her with Benny is suggestive. This shows she is very much in love.

"My bes fwend," she captioned one Instagram post.
"They are even talking to each other on Instagram in baby talk," said Hemmings.
"This is a bit cringe. It does indicate a high level of trust in each other.
"But this is key for Selena, who has often spoken about feeling unsafe.

"Before now, she said she did not know whom to trust."
In January, Selena also told fans she would "never" be thin again.
She posted a throwback photo of herself in a zebra bikini from 2013 when she was 21.

"I'm not perfect but I am proud to be who I am — sometimes I forget it's ok to be me."
The throwback followed a recent one on holiday in San Cabo, where she was seen climbing onto a yacht.
"Selena feels very different now but has some painful recollections of what she has been through," said Hemmings.
"She looks a lot less anxious than she used to.
Selena is in love and is also in a good place in her career, said a psychologist[/caption]
"Selena is glowing, radiant, and confident."
Hemmings claimed the Wizards of Waverley Place star had seized the moment.
She said Selena was showing fans how she was doing professionally and personally.

"Selena is in love and a good place in her career.

Hemmings said turning 30 has been a turning point.
"Rather than fighting her weight concerns, Selena has started to go with them," she said.
"Her new-found happiness allows her to feel relaxed and content at last.
"She is now more aware of what she wants.

"This often happens as we leave our often turbulent 20s behind."

Selena said she had no plans to watch the film.
Hemmings suggested the former Disney star needed to heal.
"She was in a dark place before and when she made her documentary," she said.
"Now she has started to heal.
"Selena had not only suffered physical health issues from lupus, but she had psychotic episodes.
"She even thought of taking her own life.
"It is not uncommon for people who have recovered from being in a distressed state physically and mentally to find it challenging to see videos of themselves.

"This would have been they felt at their worst.
"There's a partial denial that they were ever like that and a concern that it could ever have happened to them.
"Perhaps there is a lingering fear that it could all happen again.
"But when you have suffered in the way that she has, full recovery is never set in stone.
"There will be memories and anxiety that it could happen again.
"But now, we can see there is light in her where once there was dark."
Jo Hemmings said Selena and Benny must never take their situation for granted[/caption]
Selena appears to be rebooting her confidence, added Hemmings, but must take care with her new relationship.
"Selena was building her confidence anyway," she said.
"Meeting and falling in love with Benny has accelerated that process.
"Selena and Benny must never take their situation for granted, though.
"They must always make an effort for each other.
"Selena and Benny must respect each other.
"They must unconditionally support each other during difficult times."
