The Australian billionaire, 56, was spotted leaving the Claridge's hotel where he appears to be staying with the model. James was seen getting into a black car with Water Mill Polo Star Martin Pepa after leaving the luxury five-star establishment. He dressed casually for the outing in a navy jumper, jeans and a pair of comfortable navy sneakers.
