The socialite, 44, and the businessman, 43 - who shares two children with ex-fiancée Alessandra Ambrosio - were seen kissing and holding hands on the daytime outing in the Big Apple. The romance marks the first for Phillips since she filed for divorce from estranged husband Danny Masterson, 48, less than two weeks after his 30-year prison sentence in his rape conviction.
