Channel 10 is aiming to reclaim its spot in the Friday night TV ratings with a bold new plan, reports claim. The network is apparently in early discussions with comedian Sam Pang, 50, to host a Friday late night chat show. According to New Idea, the new program would emulate the successful format once helmed by Rove McManus and will compete with Seven's Better Homes and Gardens. 'There are plans afoot to devise a sort of late-night-style chat show – think Graham Norton meets Rove Live – and Sam is the top choice (to host it),' an insider told the publication.
