Dave Portnoy says he has had a procedure to remove cancerous mole from his neck after appearing on a Barstool's BFFS Podcast with a sizeable cut on his neck. Portnoy, 47, was asked what had happened to cause the cut, on the lower left side of his neck, by co-host Brianna LaPaglia. 'Do you have a scratch on your neck?' Portnoy was asked, to which he replied: 'Yeah, you're the first person to ask.
