Saturday appears to be abs day in the Beckham household! On Saturday, June 22, David Beckham posted a series of videos on his Instagram Stories of himself using a pull-up bar to sculpt his abs by doing crunches. The soccer icon, 49, performed his workout shirtless, with his muscles and tattoos on full display. He wore only navy blue shorts, turquoise sneakers and tube socks. Beckham tagged coach Bobby Rich in his social media post, thanking him for the toning workout.
