The Mazzoni Center in Philadelphia provides gender reassignment treatment to minors and has sponsored multiple events for transgender youth - and Democrat Senator Bob Casey just secured them a massive allotment of cash. The senior senator from Pennsylvania secured $400,000 in taxpayer funds for the Mazzoni center in the fiscal year 2024 spending package. The nonprofit also hosts the annual Philadelphia Trans Wellness Conference, which has hosted panels on 'Bigger D*** Energy: Life After Masculinizing,' 'The Ins and Outs of Masturbation Sleeves,' and 'The Adolescent Pathway: Preparing Young People for Gender-Affirming Care.
