The mother of a woman allegedly murdered by an undocumented immigrant has slammed the Biden administration as she revealed the White House has not contacted her. Patty Morin's daughter Rachel, 37, was raped and murdered by Victor Martinez Hernandez, 23, in Tulsa, Oklahoma, last August, according to police. The case had remained a mystery for 10 months after Morin, a mother-of-five, was reported missing by her boyfriend after she went for a run on hiking trails.
