The 31-year-old Lizzie McGuire star looked radiant on an outing with her five-week-old daughter Townes Meadow Bair in Los Angeles on Thursday. Hilary had the bundle of joy - who is her fourth child - strapped to her body in a soft pale pink patterned baby carrier. She looked every bit the cool mom as she sported an oversized black shirt over clinging top and baggy blue jeans.
