A holidaymaker has revealed an ingenious hack to help dodge EasyJet's 'ridiculous' excess baggage fines. Dylan Springer was boarding his flight home from Kos, Greece, on April 12 when he noticed passengers being slapped with £48 fines for carrying an extra tote bag. The quick-thinking 23-year-old claimed he then emptied his bag and stuffed his Birkenstock sandals under his socks, two books in his trouser pockets and a portable charger in his hoodie.
