Jennifer Hawkins is in the process of selling one of the last properties in her once extensive investment portfolio. The Lake Macquarie district investment is a charming three-bedroom home in Minmi, about 20km from Newcastle's centre, and is expected to fetch between $800,000 to $880,000. Hawkins, 40, a Newcastle native, originally purchased the property for $345,000 in 2008, a year after securing a lucrative $4 million deal with Myer.
