Justin Timberlake has been arrested for driving while intoxicated in the village of Sag Harbor, located in the prestigious vacation destination of the Hamptons. The "Mirrors" singer, 43, was in police custody in the Long Island, New York, town as of Tuesday morning, June 18, a representative for the Sag Harbor Police Department told PEOPLE. The police will release a statement later today and would not confirm charges to PEOPLE.
