Justin Timberlake's lawyer has spoken out after the singer, 43, was arrested for driving while intoxicated on Long Island, New York. On Wednesday, June 19, attorney Edward Burke Jr. released a statement obtained by PEOPLE, saying, "Mr. Burke looks forward to vigorously defending Mr. Timberlake against these allegations. He will have a lot to say at the appropriate time. He is currently awaiting full discovery from the DA's office." Timberlake was arrested in the early morning of Tuesday, June 18.
