Molly Smith has showed off her incredible figure as she launched her new fitness plan the Summer Sweat Challenge on Monday. The Love Island winner, 30, demonstrated how effective the plan is with a slew of bikini-clad shots, flaunting her taut physique. She posed on the beach in a tiny floral two-piece that displayed her chiselled abs and toned legs. While in other shots, Molly slipped into brightly coloured sports bras and matching shorts as she worked out on an exercise mat.
