Miley Cyrus said her mother Tish Cyrus' weed was so strong that it gave Wiz Khalifa a panic attack and left her unable to drive for three days. The Flowers singer, 31, recalled an incident where she felt like she couldn't get behind the wheel for several days after taking 'the smallest puff ever' of her mom's weed. Even though she previously introduced her mom to marijuana, she said she tries to avoid it altogether now as what her mom smokes is 'way too strong.
