Olivia Newton-John's widower John Easterling is selling the Californian ranch where the late star spent her final days. The Australian music icon died at the age 73 at her home in Santa Ynez on August 8 in 2022, following a 20-year battle with breast cancer. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom house was purchased by Olivia in 2015 for US$4.69 million (approx. AU$6.7 million). The property, built in 1975, spans across 12 acres near the Santa Ynez River and includes a guest house, a pool and a barn and stables for horses.
