The 80-year-old acting legend and the former martial arts instructor celebrated the first birthday of his seventh child - daughter Gia Virginia Chen De Niro - on April 6. Tiffany - who came down with Bell's palsy after Gia's birth - looked elegant in a black silky slip dress beneath a brown sheer jacket as she toted a large white clutch.
