Scottie Scheffler may be World No. 1 on the golf course but the moment he steps off it, his dad mode is activated. That was laid bare by the thunderstorm delay during round two of The Travelers Championship Friday. Scheffler, who celebrated his 28th birthday Friday, had further cause to celebrate on the course as he chased down fellow birthday boy Tom Kim at the top of the leaderboard. However, the weather rained on his parade when the klaxon sounded at 4:11pm ET following 16 holes of Scheffler's round, and wife Meredith was seemingly more than ready to hand over the parenting duties.
