Charlotte Dujardin has had her funding stripped by UK Sport after she was forced to pull out of the Olympics on Tuesday when video footage emerged of her whipping a horse 'like an elephant in a circus'. The six-time Olympic medalist has also been dropped by horse welfare charity Brooke amid accusations of whipping the animal on its legs more than 24 times. Dujardin was hoping to become Britain's most-decorated female Olympian - currently tied with cyclist Laura Kenny - but was forced to pull out of the Games on Tuesday, as a former eventer said her career was 'in tatters'.
