In the latest issue of W Magazine, the Rhode Beauty founder spoke in brief detail about her engagement ring upgrade, designed by Lorraine Schwartz, from her husband, Justin Bieber. "Actually, this is only one carat bigger. It's just elongated," she told the magazine, disputing the claims that it's upwards of 10 carats bigger than her first ring.
