Harvey Weinstein's attorney has whined that his Rikers Island carb-heavy diet is making his sugar go 'through the roof' as he begged to get him let out of jail. The disgraced movie mogul's 2020 rape conviction was overturned in April, and he appeared in Manhattan Supreme Court on Tuesday as DA Alvin Bragg prepares to file new charges against him. Today, the prosecutor revealed that they are going out and looking for potential victims for a new indictment - and that they're aiming to try the case by November.
