Anesthesiologist Doctor Myro Figura has revealed the terrifying reality facing people who choose to maintain a hair-free aesthetic. The popular medical expert explained hair - especially on the arms and legs - is the body's first line of defence against many pests and diseases. In an Instagram reel labelled 'mosquito season' the popular doctor explained body hair serves three main roles - 'insulation, protection and sensation'.
