A dad has revealed how an 'innocent' comment made by his three-year-old son purred him to shed 160 pounds in just one year. Jason Henriques, 44, from Monroe, Connecticut, had become so overweight that he began suffering from a slew of health problems, including asthma that resulted in him being hospitalized, herniated discs, torn ligaments in his knees, and gallbladder issues. But, in 2016, when young son Wyatt told him that he wanted to grow up one day to have a large stomach like him, he decided to turn his life around.
