An Ohio police chief has been fired after the mayor of a small town accused him of a raft of violations, including the police department smelling of marijuana and the faking of overtime time sheets. When the mayor of New Miami Village in Butler County asked police Chief Harold Webb to take a drugs test, he refused and suggested that the act, to be performed in front of a nurse, was degrading.
