Shocking drone footage appears to capture the moment several young men engage in a drug deal before they are stopped by police. Video of the apparent drug bust in Austin was posted by the Instagram account Chapu Flys with the caption: 'young street entrepreneur testing his luck.' Police are seen arresting a young man wearing a red t-shirt and black pants after the drone footage captured him handing what appears to be drugs through the passenger side of a black sedan.
