Tiger Woods' son Charlie's dreams of following in his dad's footsteps have hit a hurdle after he missed the cut at the US Junior Amateur Championship by 18 strokes. The 15-year-old failed to advance to match play with the top 64 after he carded a 10-over-par 80 in the second round at Oakland Hills' South Course in Michigan on Tuesday. Although he earned spot in the 264-player field last month, he finished near the bottom of the pack at the event, which his father famously won three years in a row at ages 15, 16 and 17.
