Mamie Laverock is celebrating a "miracle birthday" as she continues her recovery. On Tuesday, July 9, Laverock's mom, Nicole Rockmann, shared a health update on Facebook , the day after the When Calls the Heart actress — who fell five stories from a hospital balcony in May — marked her 20th birthday on July 8. "Mamie moved onto her stomach, pushed herself up and held onto me.. at that moment we realized we could have our first hug," the post, which was written alongside a photo of the hug in the actress' hospital room, read.
