Women suffering pregnancy emergencies are being turned away by doctors frightened of breaking confusing new abortion rules, a lawsuit claims. One woman in Texas says she was given a pamphlet on miscarriage and told her to 'let nature take its course' before discharging her without treating her ectopic pregnancy - a deadly condition that sees the unviable embryo grow outside the womb. The 25-year-old bled for three days and has now been rendered infertile.
