Eerie surveillance footage shows a 26-year-old man, who allegedly confessed to the savage killing of his girlfriend who was visiting from Hawaii, and his victim walking home with groceries in hand. Andy Chu allegedly choked his 25-year-old girlfriend, Zoey Suyun He, twisted her neck and held her under water in a bathtub after getting high on 'molly', prosecutors said, local KHON News reported. The young woman's battered body was found after a neighbor called the landlord after seeing water flooding from Chu's condo.
