An Illinois woman has been arrested after she shared an 'all you can eat' meal with friends. Applebee's special allows customers to have unlimited amounts of one of three mains - boneless wings, shrimp or riblets - and fries for $15.99. But Shawneesha Cobbs from Chicago is accused of gaming the system by paying for two of the specials - but sharing them with more than two other friends at the table.
