In a 911 call made just before his arrest earlier this week on suspicion of domestic violence, a dispatcher states that Artem Chigvintsev accused Nikki Garcia of throwing shoes at him. On Sunday, Sept. 1, TMZ published audio of the 911 call, made on Thursday, Aug. 29, in which a dispatcher states that the Dancing with the Stars pro, 42, alleged that Garcia, 40, had thrown shoes at him. He also requested medical assistance.
