The attorney representing Sean 'Diddy' Combs has claimed his case is an example of the federal government's general toxicity towards a successful black man. The scandal hit music mogul, 54, was sensationally arrested and charged last week with crimes including racketeering and sex trafficking, which he has denied. His attorney Marc Agnifilo, a former Manhattan Assistant District Attorney, has came out and blamed the feds for taking Diddy down because he is Black.
