A forgiving boss is standing up for her employees who was seen losing his cool during a confrontation with a woman over a parking spot in Newport Beach, California. The original video, which ultimately went viral, was shot in early August and saw her worker Nigel Ford argue with a women called Manuela. Manuela had been parking her car on the street, but had jumped into a spot that Nigel had been aiming for.
