The future Queen of Norway's troubled son reportedly laughed that 'there was almost a guard who didn't make it' as a result of his reckless driving. Local media say that Marius Borg Høiby - who was arrested in August for assault, and again in September - was last year reported to the authorities for speeding up the driveway to Skaugum, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon's official residence. He was allegedly reaching 91 kilometres in what was likely a 50 km per hour zone.
