Gordon Ramsay is opening up about the gravity of his bike accident. In June, the MasterChef star revealed that he had a scary bike accident in Connecticut that left him with heavily-bruised ribs and "looking like a purple potato," he said at the time. "[I'm] most thankful for my helmet that saved my life." Now, in the October cover story for Men's Health UK, Ramsay spoke about how his injuries limited his mobility, even when it came to simple daily tasks like dressing himself.
