Halsey is giving new life to a Versace classic at the 2024 MTV Video Music Awards! The "Ego" singer, 29, rocked a red dress that was once worn by Elizabeth Hurley in the '90s on the VMAs carpet on Wednesday, Sept. 11. "This dress was literally a miracle to find," she said during the pre-show. "This dress was designed by Gianni Versace for Elizabeth Hurley in 1996, and it hasn't been worn since.
