Kourtney Kardashian is wrapping up summer with a very rustic escape. The reality star, 45, posted an Instagram recap on Saturday, Aug. 31, of her romantic getaway with husband Travis Barker, 48. "POV: you live on a farm, adopt a dog together and shoot clay pigeons for sport," she captioned the post. The images featured a roaring fireplace, matching mint green bicycles, flowers from the garden and a private pond.
